That out of the way, I may as well say a little bit about myself. I play T2T because I love the world and most of the people there. I love the possibility for roleplay, and I wish that potential were filled more often, so I do my bit to see it happen. I am definitely scatterbrained, but I enjoy researching and talking to people. I usually spend my time working on the library and trying to piece together Amruins history (i.e. harassing old members for stories).

For just a bit of "RL" info, I am not sure what I am in school for just now, but I enjoy learning and teaching! This last school year I volunteered with the local CLC and taught a Tolkien-based club for middle schoolers. Next year I should be doing a Star Wars club as well. I think it will be exciting! I like reading and writing, baking and cooking from scratch (though I do not eat or cook meat)... I am a bit of an amature photographer, but I have a LOT to learn before I have anything good enough to show off! Mostly I try to make the best out of life and enjoy it. :-)

What to say? I'm not used to describe myself and will probably never be. I have played the t2tmud for about 10 years now which is probably why I'm here in the first place.

I live in Sweden, (explains my bad english) where I study for teacher and work as a football referee. I enjoy fishing alot even though I have had problems lately to get time for it.

Gee, where to begin.  I started Towers in 1996 after watching a good college friend of mine play for a while.  Some of you may now know him as the hell raising, windbag, Osse.  I left in 1999 after the Rimsilval decided to become the rangers of ithilien and all the hard work I put into the guild had gone to the wayside.

Occupation: IT consultant, I work for a US software vendor focused in the area of storage management, archiving, backup, disaster recovery. I work as a Pre-Sales consultant, which essentially means that I come up with the solutions, whilst someone else takes the credit :)

Family: I am married with a 2.5 year old son. So that''s where most of my free time is now spent - kids playgrounds and potty training. So not much time for MUD etc, I''m afraid.

Interests: So in terms of books, Tolkien had for a long time been my favourite, and the only fantasy author. However, in recent years I''ve cheated on Mr Tolkien, and have immensly enjoyed the works of Robert Jordan, Gene Wolfe, George RR Martin, Brandon Sanderson, David Gemmell and some Raymond E Feist. Otherwise, I read well... a lot of other stuff, but fantasy books do still comprise a small majority on my book shelf.

Other than that, I enjoy filmmaking (or at least thinking about it!), documentary film making and editing. Also thinking about going back to Martial Arts, but not sure if I still have the commitment levels required, or the desire - I do so enjoy my nights on the couch with a good DVD and not in a dojo in a gi (that rhymes, btw).

Yeah well what can i say, I''m cute :) hehe nah seriously:

My real name is Ronald and i''m living in Holland with my girlfriend and three little daughters. I write articles, brochures, websites and more of that kind of stuff for a living.

Besides work (need the money) i spent most of my time taking care of my family. Especially cooking is the main thing i do. I really love to make nice food for other people. I kinda hate any other house (cleaning) work, so we have a 21 year old student who does that next to my girlfriend. I tell this to make Ansaril jealous :)

In the little time that''s left i try to be a little active on the mud, pay my dues ''''singing in a rock ''n roll band'''' and i direct and act in theaterplays. I also try to squeeze in a little squash from time to time. I used to be a real party guy going out till early in the morning. But thats history now, lack the time and to be honest, nowadays i find bars and nightclubs pretty boring. Except when my band is playing in it.

I smoke and drink but still don''t have any problems concerning my health from that. Only time will tell if i can keep that up. I don''t do drugs (anymore), except for an occasional joint.

On the other side i like to be in the nature. Chopping wood in the north of France (my gf''s family has a house there), watching birds of prey, deer, bores or just plain walking in the forests and hills. I find that very relaxing and really need that from time to time. Deep in my heart i''m just a happy camper :)

So that''s my life and i enjoy it to the full!!
